“GRILLED CITRUS CHICKEN” IS IN:

GRILLED CITRUS CHICKEN 
6 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. orange juice
1 whole orange
1 onion, finely diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped

Make a marinade for chicken by combining 1/2 cup orange juice, 1/2 cup Italian dressing, grated zest from 1 orange, onion, garlic, black pepper and rosemary. Let chicken marinate in refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.

Remove chicken from marinade and pour marinade into a small saucepan. Heat to boiling. Boil for 5 minutes, then reduce to a simmer.

While this is cooking, grill chicken for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until just done. Pour marinade over before serving.
