CAVATINI 
2 c. mixed pasta
1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 lb. sausage (can substitute ground chuck)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 pkg. pepperoni, sliced
1 clove garlic
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped onions
13 x 9 inch pan

In skillet, add onions, green peppers, garlic, and sausage; brown all ingredients. Once browned, add tomatoes and tomato sauce and half of the pepperoni. Simmer together for 10 minutes. In separate pot, boil water and add pasta; cook according to directions. Once cooked, drain pasta and place in bottom of pan that has been coated with vegetable oil spray (Pam). Sprinkle half of the Mozzarella and then layer with tomato sauce mixture; spread evenly and then top with remaining pepperoni and cheese. Place in 375 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes.
