COLD RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni
4 green onions
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 tsp. curry

Cook rice as per directions. Chop vegetables. Drain artichoke hearts and cut up. Save the liquid and blend with curry. Mix liquid with everything. Put in shallow dish. Add some mayonnaise if desired. Decorate with green olives (optional).
