DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
2 to 3 tsp. minced onion
2 tsp. dill seed
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg

In a bowl combine 1 cup flour, sugar, onion, dill, salt, soda and yeast. In a saucepan heat cottage cheese, water, butter until warm (between 120 to 130 degrees). Mix egg and cheese mixture into dry ingredients. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. By hand, stir in remaining 1/2 to 2 c. flour. Let rise until light and doubled 45 to 65 minutes. Stir down. Pan in well greased 1 1/2 to 2 quart pan. Cover let rise again 35 to 45 minutes. Bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Brush with butter and salt. Make 1 round loaf.
