SPICY ZUCCHINI CAKE 
3 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 can drained crushed pineapple
2 c. finely grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Bake at 350 degrees about 1 hour. Frost with white frosting.
