LEMON COFFEE CAKE 
1 pie filling recipe - lemon pie filling

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING CRUMBS:

1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Prepare lemon pie filling according to directions. Cool.

Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Spread half the dough in greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Spread lemon pie filling over dough. Drop remaining dough on top with teaspoons.

With pastry blender, work remaining ingredients until mixture resembles crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over dough. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until topping is golden.
