GREEN BEAN CAESAR SALAD 
1/2 c. Italian dressing
2 c. croutons
2 qts. assorted salad greens
1 (1 lb.) can drained green beans
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Pour 1/4 cup dressing over croutons, toss lightly in salad bowl. Tear greens into bite size pieces. Add green beans and remaining dressing. Sprinkle with cheese. Toss until all greens are coated. Add croutons and toss. Bacon bits may also be added. Serves 8.
