In another bowl sift: 2 tsp. cream of tartar 2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt

Put together with other mixture and mix in mixer; mix by hand if too difficult. Roll small balls and drop in bowl of sugar. Place on cooking sheet 2" apart (no grease). Put in oven at 350 degrees for 8 minutes and take out. Let cool 10 minutes and enjoy.
