FRIED CHICKEN WITH SAUCE 
Take breasts and thighs of chicken, skin and bone, cut into bite size pieces.

BATTER:

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp. caraway seeds

Drop chicken into batter. Deep fry.

SAUCE:

1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
4 tbsp. butter

Simmer for 45 minutes.
