SALMON BURGERS 
2 sm. cans salmon
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
4 tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 tbsp. finely chopped bell pepper
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Beat egg slightly in a medium size bowl. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, lemon pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and bread crumbs. Stir well.

Add salmon, flaking with a fork. Stir well. Make patties (like hamburgers). Put into a medium hot skillet sprayed with Pam. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side or until golden brown. Serves 3 to 5.
