SPINACH AND ARTICHOKE DISH | |
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked as directed, drain well 1/2 bar butter 4 oz. cream cheese 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered Melt butter and cream cheese; add to cooked, drained spinach. Line bottom of pyrex dish with quartered artichokes. Cover with spinach mixture. Top with dry bread crumbs, dot lightly with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Heat through at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 6. (Can make up and freeze if desired.) |
