SHRIMP AND ARTICHOKE DISH 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
2 tbsp. b utter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 tbsp. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. sherry
2 cans artichokes, drained and quartered
2 lb. shrimp, cooked and cleaned
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
12 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in butter
1 pt. half and half

Melt butter, add flour, pepper and cayenne. Add half and half. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Add catsup, Worcestershire, lemon juice and sherry.

In 3 quart baking dish, make layers of spinach, artichokes, mushrooms, and shrimp. Pour sauce over these layers; top with grated cheese and bake in 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
