1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Follow directions on how to thaw in saucepan. Put 3/4 cube real butter (yes, real butter) in with the thawing spinach. Make 4 indentations in the thawed spinach. Crack 4 eggs into the indentations. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Add cheese on top. Cover to melt. Can add bacon bits.
