1 c. beef stock 1 tbsp. arrowroot Put a couple tablespoons of stock in a cup and mix with the arrowroot. Heat the rest of the stock to a simmer, pour in arrowroot mixture and stir until it thickens. 1 cupful of gravy = 1/2 bread exchange - 34 calories. 1/4 cup (for one) has 8 bread exchange calories. |
