WANDA'S POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 med. potatoes, raw
8 oz. sour cream with chives or 8 oz. onion dip
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 c. butter

Chop potatoes fine. Add sour cream and soup; mix well. Pour in 9x13 inch glass dish sprayed with Pam. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with butter, grated cheese and corn flake crumbs. Cook an additional 15 minutes. Serve hot.
