HOT CHEESE DIP 
1 lb. ground beef or sausage
2 lb. box Velveeta cheese
2 tsp. chili powder
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Hot peppers (optional)

Brown and drain ground beef or sausage. Put all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook 1 hour on high, stirring until cheese is melted. Turn to low and serve hot with tortilla chips.
