1/2 c. butter
1 sliced onion
2 tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
2 garlic cloves
1 lb. chicken, cut in strips
2 (10 oz.) pkg. spinach
8 oz. fettucini
2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. dried red pepper flakes

Saute onion in butter until clear. Add basil, garlic, pepper flakes. Add chicken and cook until tender. Add spinach and cook through. Too chicken with fettucini. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over chicken and fettucini. Drizzle with orange juice.

NOTE: Do not be heavy handed with red pepper flakes. I can ruin the dish.
