TWICE-BAKED POTATOES 
4 lg. baking potatoes, scrubbed
1 c. grated Gruyere cheese
1/4 c. heavy cream
4 tbsp. butter
1 c. cooked ham, minced

Bake potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise and spoon out potato, without damaging the shells. Mash potato in a bowl, adding 1/2 cup of the cheese and all the other ingredients. Spoon mixture back into shells and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 minutes; then place under broiler until crusty brown. Serves 4-6.
