2 c. white sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 c. water
1 qt. vodka
1/2 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
2 oz. instant coffee

Dissolve sugars in water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add instant coffee. Cool. Add vanilla bean and vodka. Store for 1 month in airtight jar.
