SHELLS & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 oz. sea shell noodles
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
4 oz. sliced American cheese

Cook noodles, drain and set aside. Cook broccoli, onions, butter and salt together according to frozen broccoli instructions (about 3 to 5 minutes). Drain but save the water. Mix together the water and the Cheddar cheese soup and heat, but do not boil. Place noodles and broccoli in casserole dish and pour heated cheese sauce over the top. Cover with cheese slices. Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
