BEACHCOMBER CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 pkg. (8 oz.) shell macaroni, cooked
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 (10 1/2 oz. ea.) cans tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. ripe olives, drained and chopped

Brown meat, onion, and green pepper in oil. Combine meat mixture with all other ingredients. Turn into 2 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Serves 8 to 10.
