SPINACH DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lg. tub sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise or to taste
1 pkg. Knorr's veggie soup mix
Garlic powder to taste

Thaw spinach in microwave and squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate overnight. Cut out rye bread and fill with dip. Break apart the bread taken out of center and serve along side of dip.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
