CRUNCH CHIP BARS | |
1 c. butter 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 4 c. oatmeal, loosely packed 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. crunchy peanut butter Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla. With your hands work in oatmeal. Pat into 11 x 15 inch ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Melt chocolate chips with peanut butter and stir well. Spread over baked batter and cool. cut into bars and refrigerate. If you half the recipe, it will make a 9 x 9 inch pan. |
