PEANUTTY CRUNCH BARS 
BASE:

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg

TOPPING:

1/4 c. rolled oats
1/4 c. chopped peanuts
2 tbsp. butter, softened

FILLING:

1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x13 inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oats, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of mixture; set aside. To remaining crumbs, add peanut butter and egg. Mix until blended; press in bottom of prepared pan.

In the same bowl, combine the 1 cup of reserved crumb mixture and topping ingredients at low speed until crumbly; set aside.

In a small bowl, combine filling ingredients at medium speed until smooth. Spoon over base; spread evenly; sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into 48 bars.
