FRIED RICE 
2 c. cold cooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. oil
Leftover cubed meat (chicken, beef, pork)
Soy sauce
1 egg

Saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Add cold rice and soy sauce to taste. Push to side of pan. Break egg into pan and scramble. After egg is cooked, mix all together, including cubed meat. Add more soy sauce, if needed. Serve.
