CHICKEN FRIED RICE 
1 1/2 lbs. chicken meat, shredded
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sherry (optional)
3-4 sm. onions
Salt and pepper
Few cloves garlic
2 sm. pieces fresh ginger
1 c. full of rice

1. Place the shredded chicken in a saucepan.

2. Add soy sauce and sherry and leave to marinate for a few hours.

3. Cook the chicken on a low fire until the water dries up.

4. Cut the onions into rings.

5. Grate the garlic and fresh ginger.

6. Boil the rice and set aside.

7. Mix the grated ginger, garlic and onion rings with the meat mixture and cook for a few minutes.

8. Mix with the rice, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot or cold.
