ORIENTAL STIR-FRY 
1 bag frozen Japanese vegetables
1 lb. beef stew meat, cut in sm. pieces
1 lb. boneless chicken, cut in sm. pieces
Mushrooms (canned or fresh)
Olive oil
Rice

COOKING SAUCE:

1 c. water
2 pkg. Golden Seasoning broth (G. Washington brand)
2 tbsp. corn starch
1 tsp. soy sauce

Using wok, brown beef and chicken, using olive oil. Drain and set aside. Add small amount of cooking sauce to wok and add frozen vegetables and mushrooms. Cook and stir, adding small amounts of cooking sauce.

When vegetables are cooked, add beef, chicken, and remainder of cooking sauce. Stir and heat thoroughly. Serve over cooked rice. This is a "be creative" recipe. Add or delete ingredients to your own taste. This is our own recipe.
