MICROWAVE MILLIONAIRES | |
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels 1 1/2 tbsp. milk 2 c. pecans, chopped 1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips 1 tbsp. Crisco shortening Place unwrapped caramels into 2 quart bowl. Microwave on high 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Stir well; add milk. Microwave on High 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir every 30 seconds. Stir until smooth. Add pecans. Drop by spoonsful on waxed paper. Cover and chill. Combine chocolate chips and shortening in 4 cup glass measuring cup. Microwave at medium 3 to 4 minutes. Dip chilled caramels into this mixture. Chill. Store in refrigerator. |
