BLUE CHEESE BALL 
1/2 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) blue cheese, crumbled
1 (4 oz.) can chopped black olives
1 tsp. chives (frozen)

Mix all together at room temperature. Chill and roll in ball and then in 1/2 cup crushed walnuts. Store in tin foil.
