PICANTE SAUCE 
15 oz. canned tomatoes, cut into pieces
6 oz. can diced green chilies
2 peppers
1/3 to 1/2 c. diced onion
1 to 2 cloves diced garlic
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cumin (a little)
Salt and pepper
Dash of red pepper (or 1/2 jalapeno pepper)
Chips

Chop and mix above and serve with chips or cook a little and put over chicken or fish.
