PIE CRUST 
1 1/3 c. Crisco
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
6 tbsp. water
1 tsp. vinegar

Blend Crisco, flour, salt, and sugar together with pastry fork. Mix egg, water, and vinegar. Pour liquid over the dry ingredients. Mix well. Let rest for 10- 15 minutes before making into pie crust.

NOTE: This is also good for making old fashioned strawberry short cake. Roll out the dough as for pie crust, but cut into strips and bake on cookie sheet. Place the baked strips in pan and put strawberries on top, then keep using back and forth until all strips and strawberries are sued.
