CHOCOLATE MAYONNAISE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. water
2/3 c. baking cocoa
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise

In a large bowl with mixer at high speed, mix the sugar, eggs and vanilla for 3 minutes. Reduce the speed to low, add the mayonnaise. Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture alternately with water, continuing to mix until well blended. Pour into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
