STRAWBERRY TEACAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. coarsely broken pecan halves
2 lg. eggs
1/2 c. corn oil
1 pkg. (9 to 10 oz.) frozen sliced or halved strawberries, thawed

Grease and lightly flour a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together flour, soda, salt. Stir in sugar and nuts.

Beat eggs and oil in large bowl by hand until blended. Add undrained strawberries at lowest speed. Add flour mixture and keep low speed until smooth. Pour into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool and wrap in plastic. Keeps for days in the refrigerator. One loaf.
