FRUIT CRISP 
2 c. oats
1 c. whole grain flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt

Whiz oil, salt, vanilla, honey and water in blender. Add liquid mixture to the remaining ingredients. Place fruit or berries in a baking dish and cover with crisp topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Delicious served with soy or cashew cream.

Yields 5 servings.
