SUMMER KIELBASA 
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. spicy mustard
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ginger
8 pearl onions
1/2 lb. sausage or kielbasa cut into 1 inch pieces
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
8 mushrooms
1 med. zucchini

Prepare marinade by combing honey, mustard, oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Blend.

Cut vegetables into 1 inch pieces. Add vegetables and meat to marinate. Marinate 1 hour stirring occasionally.

Assemble onto skewer. Grill or broil 4 minutes on each side basting with marinade. Makes about 8 kebabs.
