Kielbasa in Beer Sauce

Big Note: make a slurry by desolving the cornstarch in a little water before adding!!! I didn't think to do that until after the fact so there were large clumps of it, even though I whisked the heck out of it. Other than that, this is an easy and very tasty recipe. I LOVE the flavor - it's a little sweet meets a little sour :D Will definitely make again!

So, it's been about two weeks and I had to make this dish again. It is so yummy! This time I added onions to the sliced kielbasa and got the bottom of my pan a little brown so when I poured in the beer I was able to scrape up those flavorful little bits (after removing kielbasa to sep bowl & then added back to completed sauce). Put over wide egg noodles because I didn't want the amazingly tasty sauce to go to waste. I think this may be my NEW all-time fave.
