KIELBASA IN BEER SAUCE | |
2 lbs. sausage 1 c. beer 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 2 or 3 tbsp. cornstarch (depending on how thick you like it) 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. Dijon mustard 1 tbsp. horseradish Boil and slice cooked Kielbasa and mix into the above cooked ingredients. Cook a little bit more and serve with sauerkraut. |
