1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. sausage, cooked and crumbled
1/2 clove garlic
3 eggs, beaten
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Layer sausage and cheese in pie shell. Add onion and garlic to eggs and pour into pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
