CABBAGE PATCH STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, sliced thin
1 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 (16 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, crushed
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can white or red kidney beans (with liquid)
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
Salt
1-2 tsp. chili powder

Brown ground beef in Dutch oven; drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender. Serve with Italian bread.
