CABBAGE AU GRATIN 
1 cabbage
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. grated American cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Cut up cabbage and boil in salted water for 10 minutes, and set aside. Mix soup with milk and cheese. Heat slowly until cheese is melted. Pour soup mix in casserole dish over cabbage. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
