STUFFED CHICKEN - HENS 
12 chicken-hens
1 can mushrooms
2 onions
1 can tomatoes
1 tbsp. butter
1 egg yolk
Bread crumbs
Ground beef
Nutmeg
Salt

Clean the chicken-hens and set aside.

STUFFING: Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat. Add the bread crumbs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add the yolk, well beaten. Stuff the birds. In a frying pan, golden the onion in oil and butter. Add the tomato and mushrooms. Add the chicken-hens and let them fry for a little while. Add 1 or 2 glasses of white wine and let the birds cook at low flame, turning them occasionally.
