SPINACH PIE (QUICHE) 
1 pkg. chopped spinach, drain & dry
2 Pet Ritz pie crust (frozen)
1 pkg. Feta cheese
1 (8 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, shredded
2 c. cottage cheese
1 sm. onion, sauteed in butter
3 eggs
Pepper

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 2 pie crusts. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
