BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 sm. onion, minced
2 tbsp. butter
1 roll Kraft garlic cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. Grape Nuts

Prepare broccoli as directed on package. Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter and add cheese, soup and heat and stir until creamy. Add almonds, mix with broccoli and put in casserole dish. Saute Grape Nuts in 1 tablespoon butter and top casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Variation: Use cauliflower and broccoli mixed vegetables.
