MARINARA SAUCE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. pure vegetable oil
2 (15 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce special
1/4 c. red wine
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 bay leaf

In medium saucepan, saute onion, celery and garlic in oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Makes 1 quart sauce.
