MARINARA SAUCE 
2 lg. cans whole peeled tomatoes
10 cloves fresh garlic
1/4 tsp. hot red pepper chips
2 tbsp. oregano
4 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Salt to taste
Optional: sweet red and green peppers or chili peppers

Put small amount of oil in Dutch oven. Add garlic (pressed or minced) and hot pepper chips, and peppers if used. Saute until pale. Add tomatoes, spices. Bring to boil, then lower to simmer for 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Adjust seasoning. Serve over pasta of choice, zucchini or poultry or fish.
