STUFFED PEPPERS FIESTA 
4 med. green peppers
1/2 c. Grapenuts
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. grated Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese

Remove stems and seeds from peppers. Parboil peppers 5 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a bowl combine cereal and 1/2 cup of tomato sauce. Brown meat, add seasonings, mix well. Combine with cereal mixture. Fill each pepper with about 1/2 cup meat mixture. Place in greased shallow pan. Pour remaining tomato sauce over peppers. Sprinkle generously with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes.
