COUNTRY GARDEN PRIMAVERA | |
3 c. zucchini sticks 2 c. cauliflowerets 1/4 c. butter 1 1/2 c. cherry tomato halves 1 c. (4 oz.) mostaccioli noodles, cooked & drained 1 tsp. basil leaves, crushed 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese spread, cubed In large skillet, stir-fry zucchini and cauliflower in butter until crisp tender. Add tomatoes, noodles and basil; heat thoroughly. Add process cheese spread; continue cooking until cheese is melted. 4 servings. |
