CORN RELISH 
12 ears corn
1 med. head cabbage, ground
12 onions, ground
6 bell peppers, ground
2 red hot peppers, ground
1 pt. prepared mustard
2 pt. vinegar
1/2 c. salt
2 1/2 c. sugar

Cut corn off the cob in whole kernel (do not scrape the cob). Boil corn in vinegar for 20 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and boil 10 minutes longer. Seal while hot in sterilized jars. Makes 6 pints.
