JELLO POKE CAKE | |
2-layer Betty Crocker Super Moist white or yellow cake mix 1 c. boiling water 1 pkg. Jello, any flavor 1/2 c. cold water Thawed whipped topping Bake and cool cake. Place cake layers, top side up in two 8 or 9 inch layer pans; prick each cake with large fork in 1/2 inch intervals. Dissolve Jello in boiling water and spoon over cake layers. Chill 4 hours. Dip one pan in warm water for 10 seconds; unmold onto serving plate. Do second one, then frost. Refrigerate. |
