QUICK MEAT SAUCE 
1 lg. onion
1 lg. green pepper
1/4 c. oregano
1/3 c. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. sage
1/4 tsp. salt
48 oz. tomato sauce
15 oz. puree
1 1/2 lbs. ground sausage or beef
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
24 oz. crushed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown sausage or beef; drain fat, then add to all above, in saucepan. Cook on low heat, after it comes to a boil, for 45-60 minutes.
