SCALLOPED OYSTERS 
1 pt. oysters
1/4 c. oyster liquid
2 tbsp. cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. coarsely crushed saltine crackers
1/4 lb. melted butter

Drain oysters. Combine liquid, cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix crumbs and melted butter together; cover an 8 inch baking dish with 1/3 crumb mixture. Arrange half of oysters over crumbs and spoon half of liquid over oysters. Sprinkle with another 1/3 of crumbs. Repeat with remaining oysters, liquid and crumbs. Bake uncovered on lowest rack in 400 degree oven for 20-30 minutes.
